On this page you can find the necessary information concerning the invoicing and reimbursement.
The mutuality reimburses the largest part of the cost of moveUP (79% non-preferential rate).
For the usage of the application and the exercise materials provided, a cost of €12,50 per week will be charged. Most of the private hospitalization insurers will reimburse the service cost.
For the activity tracker a warranty of €69,99 will be asked, this amount can be reclaimed after your rehabilitation.
Reimbursement
After payment of your final invoice, we will send you the documents needed for your reimbursement. You should send them to your insurance. The insurance will pay you back the amounts specified in the above tables.
It is not possible to combine moveUP and physical session in the presence of a physiotherapist in the same week. In the case you also go to a physical session, the digital follow-up will not be reimbursed by your insurance for that week.
Invoicing
The invoicing has several phases. Prior to your rehabilitation you will receive a first invoice, this inhales the warranty of the activity tracker and the service cost for the first month of your rehabilitation. When your rehabilitation is finished a final invoice is sent with an amount foreseen for the physiotherapist and for the service cost.
The activity tracker amount will be paid back by moveUP after sending us the activity tracker.

Why is there a service cost charged?
The service cost serves to cover the cost of the shipping, administration, therapeutic material, and the cost of the mobile platform and technical support.

Information only for TKA and THA patients: average duration of moveUP rehabilitation
On average the rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery will be 12 weeks. After a hip prothesis, it will be 8 weeks.
The number of weeks are averages, it depends on your individual situation how long it will take in reality.
