ValidationThe patient is validated every work day
Message responseThe message of the patient is answered by the end of the next day (also at the weekend)
Message interactionThere is message interaction at least every 3 days (HCP initiates if necessary)
VideoVideo analysed and feedback is given to a patient by the end of the next working day
Personal welcome callPersonal welcome call by HCP 3 weeks before surgery
First line flagsResolved by the end of the next day

The following adverse events should be reported to moveUP by sending an email to support@moveup.care or using the widget in the medical dashboard:

All complications
Patient contacted the orthopaedic department of the hospital
Patient contacted the surgeon in any other way
Consultations or hospital readmissions
