  • FLAGS
    • Check all the flags
  • PARAMETERS—Check extreme parameters
    • Adapt care plan as needed (message, escalation to 2nd line, remove exercises, etc)
  • MESSAGES—Answer/validate all messages
    • our SLA is that we answer all messages by the end of next working day (even if you say you are going to come back to that question on Monday)
  • SURGERY DAY -1
    • Send start message for patients minus one day of surgery (day -1)
  • SURGERY DAY D1-D2-D3
    • Check parameters and validate patients post-surgery D1-D2-D3
