How does my follow-up with moveUP work?

Before starting your care program with moveUP, it’s essential that you have a clear understanding of what your daily follow-up will entail. With moveUP, you will be supported by a certified physical therapist who will actively and personally guide your progress to enhance your recovery process.

During weekdays, this follow-up includes:

  • Customizing your exercises based on your needs and progress.
  • Regular communication throughout the messaging system. Your physical therapist provides relevant advice and answers your questions.
  • Continuous assessment: Your responses to regular and occasional questionnaires are analyzed to optimize your follow-up.
  • Progress analysis: Your videos and photos are carefully reviewed to provide accurate feedback on your progress and exercise execution.

During weekends and holidays, moveUP continues to support you! Keep performing your exercises and respond to the questionnaires presented in the app. You can also send questions via messaging, which will be addressed by your physical therapist on the next business day.

If you believe important information needs to be communicated, an on-call service is available offering a response within 24 hours, 365 days a year. This service is included in your follow-up but should only be used when necessary, such as reporting the following:

  • Any unplanned hospital or doctor visits.
  • Sudden events that may impact your rehabilitation, such as a fall, a wound with pus or bleeding, fever, or any significant symptom requiring advice on management.

To report important information to your care team and receive a response within 24 hours, you should use the “report an event” function located in tab 3 of your application.

A reminder: moveUP is not designed for emergency situations. In case of an emergency, please contact your doctor or dial 911. moveUP is not intended for monitoring or treating vital parameters of critical illnesses.
