FLAGS – Clear all first line flags
- This includes both yellow (e.g. stained dressing, submitted videos, Sanofi symptoms) and red flags, except flags that are clearly meant for the lead clinician (e.g. call patient to discuss X)
PARAMETERS – Check extreme parameters (≥ 8/10)
- Adapt care plan as needed (message, escalation to 2nd line, remove exercises, etc)
MESSAGES – Answer all messages
- Reply to each received message (even if you say you will come back with a more elaborate answer on Monday)
SURGERY DAY -1
- Send start message for patients minus one day of surgery (day -1)
SURGERY DAY D1-D2-D3
- Check parameters and validate patients post-surgery D1-D2-D3

REPORTED EVENTS – check all reported events
- Define an appropriate response for each reported event and adapt care plan as needed.This always includes a message to the patient with advice/reassurance depending on the event’s nature.
