Administrative help when a physiotherapist is doing the follow-up digitally AND physically.
- A patient is assigned to the physiotherapist in the V1 platform of moveUP.
- Make sure the START FORM is sent by the patient to their mutuality within 14 days after surgery day.
- The physiotherapist rehabilitates the patient digitally and physically.
- The rehabilitation is finished and now you need to attest and invoice the patient. (see table with the codes,… below).
- Make sure the STOP FORM is sent by the patient to their mutuality within 14 days after finishing the rehabilitation.
- When the patient is finished, moveUP will claim back the APP PROVISION part that the physiotherapist received via an invoice to the physiotherapist.
