Invoicing/reimbursement after your moveUP rehabilitation


Your support with moveUP is fully reimbursed by the social security and your health insurance.

For the third party payment, you need to upload on moveUP the following:

  • Social security card photo
  • Health insurance certificate photo
  • Prescription photo

Further in this info module, you will find a tutorial on how to upload your documents in moveUP.

We will also ask you to fill a form to give us the following information:

  • Social security number
  • Health insurance AMC number
  • Date of birth
  • Social security regime

Rehabilitation at moveUP is covered by social security and your health insurance. We use third party payment so you don’t have to pay anything. Nevertheless, some health insurances sometimes refuses to pay moveUP directly. In this case only, to pay your physiotherapist and the use of the moveUP platform, you will receive an invoice to be paid at the end of the rehabilitation. We will then send you a payment receipt to get a reimbursement from your health insurance directly.

Activity tracker

Concerning your activity tracker, a deposit of 69,99€ is charged. At the end of the follow-up, you will have the choice between keeping the activity tracker or sending it back to us. If you choose to return it, the cost of the activity tracker will be refunded.

ATTENTION: Make sure to warn your moveUP physiotherapist if you consult with an external physiotherapist in combination with moveUP. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send them to your moveUP physiotherapist or directly to support@moveup.care!
