The recurring questionnaires are a valuable tool for tracking the health of the patient. By filling them out regularly, the patient provides their healthcare team with important insights into their treatment progress, including symptoms, complaints, and overall well-being. Completing these questionnaires typically takes 45-60 seconds.
The combination of the information retrieved from questionnaires, photo’s, video’s and their activity profile via the activity tracker enables their medical team to monitor their progress and adjust their treatment as needed.

It is possible to move from one question to the next by scrolling the screen from top to bottom or by clicking on “Next question“.
When finished, click on the “send” button to share the answers with the healthcare team.
