{"id":2746,"date":"2021-01-27T12:46:34","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T12:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.orthopedics.moveup.care\/knowledge-base\/protocol-antitrombotische-profylaxe\/"},"modified":"2023-02-13T17:01:41","modified_gmt":"2023-02-13T17:01:41","slug":"protocol-antitrombotische-profylaxe","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.orthopedics.moveup.care\/nl\/knowledge-base\/protocol-antitrombotische-profylaxe\/","title":{"rendered":"Protocol antitrombotische profylaxe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Naast medicatie en het inschatten van de risico&#8217;s is <strong>mobiliseren het allerbelangrijkste.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>Een goede anthithrombotische profylaxe bevat de volgende elementen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Goed pati\u00ebntenonderwijs (vroegtijdige mobilisatie en waarschuwingssignalen van DVT)<\/li><li>Het risico van de pati\u00ebnt beoordelen en uw profylactische medicatie dienovereenkomstig aanpassen<\/li><li>Vroegtijdige mobilisatie van de pati\u00ebnt<\/li><\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vroegtijdige mobilisatie<\/h3>\n\n<p>Oefening 1 van moveUP wordt standaard geactiveerd vanaf dag 0 voor alle pati\u00ebnten na knie- en heupoperatie.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opleiding van de pati\u00ebnt<\/h3>\n\n<p>In de info module &#8220;Mogelijke complicaties na uw knie- of heupoperatie&#8221; wordt de pati\u00ebnt uitgelegd wat de vroege tekenen van DVT zijn. De module benadrukt ook het belang van vroegtijdige mobilisatie en van oefening 1.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beoordeling van het risico<\/h3>\n\n<p>De risicofactoren voor postoperatieve trombose zijn cumulatief.
