What if a patient is not developing well and needs to be physically seen by a physiotherapist?

If someone does not develop well and is physically seen by the physiotherapist, is there no additional compensation provided?

If this pseudo-nomenclature is discontinued, can we switch to K nomenclature, but only if this is done on time and there is still ‘time’ left.
