Rehabilitation at moveUP is covered by social security and your health insurance. Nevertheless, we cannot provide third party payment due to the remote nature of our solution. To pay your physiotherapist and the use of the moveUP platform, you will receive an invoice to be paid at the end of the rehabilitation.
Costs
The cost of the treatment with moveUP is 32,26€ per week for the first 10 weeks, then 16,13€ per week for the last 5 weeks. There is also a fixed contribution of 23,01€ for the clinical report, which you will receive at the end of the rehabilitation. As a reminder, the treatment is fully reimbursed by the social security and your mutual insurance company.
Activity tracker
Concerning your activity tracker, a deposit of 69,99€ is charged. At the end of the follow-up, you will have the choice between keeping the activity tracker or sending it back to us. If you choose to return it, the cost of the activity tracker will be refunded.
Once we have received the activity tracker and the amount of the reimbursement, we will send your medical forms directly to your health insurance company and to the social security in order for you to receive your reimbursement.
ATTENTION: For the time being, we do not cover the cost of rehabilitation with a physiotherapist external to moveUP. We are working on this with the social security, but in the meantime, be careful not to be treated by both moveUP and an external physiotherapist, as you will only be reimbursed for one of the two treatments.
